Terms of Service

This page sets out Atex Digital’s position in plain language. It is a working draft pending review by the company’s legal counsel and does not yet constitute the final binding agreement.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Atex Digital, whose registered office is at M9/002, Valley Shilp, Sector 36, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210, India.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share a login; use the roles available on label accounts instead.

Acceptable use

Do not deliver material you do not have the rights to, do not attempt to manipulate streaming figures, and do not use the service to infringe anyone else’s rights. See the Content Policy and the Fraud Policy.

Services and fees

Distribution is free and carries no commission. Publishing administration carries a one-time setup fee of $35 and a 20% commission on royalties collected. Sync licensing is opt-in and revenue-shared at 50/50.

Availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available continuously, but delivery to third-party stores depends on those stores, and no distributor controls their systems.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change indicates acceptance.

Still to be confirmed

Governing law, jurisdiction, liability caps, indemnities, suspension and termination grounds, and the notice period for changes must be drafted and confirmed by the company’s legal counsel before launch.
