Content Policy
This page sets out Atex Digital’s position in plain language. It is a working draft pending review by the company’s legal counsel and does not yet constitute the final binding agreement.
Rights
Deliver only material you own or control. Uncleared samples, unlicensed covers, karaoke versions and re-uploads of other artists’ recordings will be rejected or removed.
Metadata
Artist names, titles and credits must describe the release accurately. Do not put other artists’ names in your title or artist field to attract their listeners; stores treat this as a metadata violation and it can affect your whole catalogue.
Artwork
Artwork must be yours to use, must match the release, and must not contain store logos, URLs, pricing or promotional text.
Prohibited content
Material that is unlawful, that incites violence or hatred, that sexualises minors, or that infringes another party’s rights will not be delivered.
Silence, noise and functional audio
Stores apply their own rules to white-noise, silence and functional audio releases. Delivery does not guarantee acceptance.
Consequences
Releases that breach this policy may be rejected before delivery or removed after it. Repeated or deliberate breaches may result in account closure.
Still to be confirmed
The appeals process and the escalation path for disputed rejections should be documented here.
