Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page sets out Atex Digital’s position in plain language. It is a working draft pending review by the company’s legal counsel and does not yet constitute the final binding agreement.

Distribution

Distribution is free. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel, and no subscription that lapses and takes your music down with it.

Publishing administration

The $35 setup fee is a one-time charge covering registration of unlimited songs. Because registration work begins on payment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before registrations have been submitted.

Sync

Sync is revenue-shared rather than charged up front, so there is no fee to refund. A licence already agreed for a placement stands on its own terms.

Music marketing campaigns

Campaigns involve third-party ad spend which cannot be recovered once placed. Cancellation terms are set out in the quote for each campaign.

Withdrawing from the service

You can stop using Atex at any time. Because the service is non-exclusive and you keep 100% of your rights, you are not buying your way out of anything.

Still to be confirmed

The refund window, the process for requesting one, and the payment-provider chargeback position must be confirmed by the company’s legal counsel before launch.
